Chaos And Bang Your Earholes #3

It's this good.

This is the best of the bunch and by far the longest.  In this, we cover myriad street fighting questions, some training, and I give my no-fail technique for going down on chicks.  Solid fucking gold, right here.

Incidentally, if you want to get Chaos and Bang content without all of the titties, go here.

  1. I was doing some BTN push press recently (warmed up a little less than I shuold have) and 'strained' my sternum area. It feels exactly the same way as when I first started doing dips. I know some people experience that, others don't.

Has this happened to anyone else? I've been taking it easy on horizontal and push presses, but somehow doing the ab wheel just now re-aggravated it.

    1. I once asked a doctor about this- you're apparently expanding your ribcage. That's your cartilage separating from your ribcage. It's painful, but it isn't anything serious. I megadose glucosamine and vitamin c to speed healing of tendons and cartilage, and generally add in MSM as well (topical and ingested).

  3. Dude. Render these at 64 kbps mono. The file size is literally 10 times larger than it needs to be.

  4. Man, what is that crushing song at the start?

  5. Hahahaha. Blind, by Korn. It's the original nu metal song.

  6. Mr. Lewis,

Greetings from Germany. Could you talk about the importance of bodyweight exercises in your next blog? I'm 18 years old, training for 8 months now, went from 300 down to 245, shooting for 225 15% bf in a year or so(height 6' 3"). I cannot preform a single pull-up or one ab-wheel roll and it really bothers me. I guess my body can handle iron pretty well (405 x 8 DL, 100 x 22 One-Arm Rows) but I suck at these bodyweight movements.
Any advise apart from losing some weight? I try to maybe incorporate 20 sets of one chin-ups here and there, what do you think.

  7. I just get a 504 server error message from the 4shared site, is there anywhere else I can download from?

Also what grip training do you do Jamie? Apart from the odd bit of fat bar stuff you've mentioned in the past, do you own any grippers or other such equipment?

    1. Try reloading it- that will happen from time to time.

I do high rep wrist curls. That's it.

Fair play to you, and I've got the grip bug myself, got a few grippers and wrist roller which I keep in the office.

    1. I'm working on it on the weekends- it's a full rewrite of all of my nutrition posts into a comprehensive book, so it's much more involved than the training ebook.

  13. Have you ever gotten into one arm military/shoulder presses?

    http://ditillo2.blogspot.com/2010/06/one-arm-military-press-sig-klein.html

I can manage to put up the 130 with either arm with backbend (no leg drive!). I thought this line was interesting.

"Before the Olympic lifts became the standard of amateur weight lifters, as far as champion caliber is concerned, the One Arm Military Press was one of the main tests of one’s strength."

Keep spreading the good word by linking to Dezso Ban articles. Every shithead who lifts 3 days a week and wants to get on Dianabol should read them.

    1. I do them every now and again. They're not a staple of my workout, though.
